Free cookies and new stuff on SANT JORDI's fair

las flores, ferias, presentaciones de libros y fiestas pueblan barcelona
estos días y nos obligan a salir de golde del letargo invernal.
somos víctimas de una maratón de eventos culturales y sociales a los que no estamos acostumbrados, al menos yo.
no me quejo, está muy bien... pero preferiría que fuesen un poco más repartidos a lo largo del año.
tengo que contaros todas las actividades y ferias a las que he asistido, muchas y muy chulas,
pero será en el próximo post :)

ahora OS QUIERO INVITAR a que me hagáis un visitilla el día de Sant Jordi,
la editorial Morsa me ha ofrecido compartir stand.
estaremos al final de las Ramblas, justo delante de la Plaça del Teatre,
al lado del Museo Sta. Mónica.
quiero hacer estas galletas de arándanos y chocolate,
y éstas otras galletas saladas para acompañar el vino que sacarán por la tarde!
las he llamado Rosa Marías para tener alguna rosa que regalar ese día a quien se acerque a saludar :)

estoy preparando un montón de novedades y definitivamente me he vuelto loca con el tema de los relojes de mentira,
estoy fabricando mi maletín muestrario de relojes,
emulando a los vendedores ambulantes que viajaban con sus muestrarios en una maleta,
y estoy montando algunos collares nuevos con cuentas plasticosas y scoobidoos!
he visto estos collares y no me he podido resistir a probar esos colores.

so flowers have bloomed... lots of fairs, parties and other activities have come out this month in Barcelona.
too many events are suddenly making us wake up from winter lethargy.
i'm not complaining, i'm having a very good time and meeting interesting people and stuff, but i'm not used to this crazy social life, spending the whole day out... i'm very, very homey.
i'll post about all these great social life on the next post :)

i'll be sharing stand near to Sta. Mónica Museum, with Morsa publishers and other friends.
St. George's Day is a lovely bank holiday, the city is full of books and roses.
i'll bake these cookies with crandberries and chocolate, and these salty cookies too.
i called them Rose Maries, to giftgive "these roses" to people who come to say hello :)

i'm preparing new things to sell this day,
love to play with plastic beads for new necklaces.
i saw these inspiring ones and i want to use these colors too!!
and... believe me when i say that i'm clearly crazy about fake watches,
because i'm making a fake watches suitcase sampler!!
as the salesmen use to carry long ago.

lo dicho, estaremos en las Ramblas el día de Sant Jordi,
podéis venir a cotillear, para llevaros una galleta Rosa María, ver algunas de mis muñecas en vivo y en directo, o los nuevos modelos de relojes...
también podéis pasaros para preguntarme vuestras dudas sobre bordado.
o a decir hola :)
el día será muy largo y habrá tiempo para todo.
ah! y a las 8 habrá vinito. será divertido!

estoy prendada de éste futuro colorista.
estamos pasando por una fase de ciencia ficción ;)

cómo va la semana?
disfrutando del solecito? :)
yo ando entre pajaritos, caramelos, pompones, bizcochos, bordados...
la chapita: la vendían unas chicas japonesas recaudando fondos para Japón
en una inauguración de pintura,
esta receta de bizcocho es nuestra favorita desde hace un tiempo
( aunque sin el lemon glaze-sustituyo la harina de trigo por harina de quinoa y de centeno,
-añado unos trocitos de chocolate negro ;)

gracias a los chicos de Misma Ediciones algunas de mis cosas impresas
estuvieron en el Festival Indélébile en Toulouse
compartiendo stand con Ilu·Station, Mamut Ediciones, Apa-Apa cómics...
todo un lujo, fueron tan amables al invitarme!
es un festival de editores independientes que está genial!

this cute bagde was sold by some japanese girls raising money for Japan
during an opening party.
this is our favorite cake recipe at the moment
(without the lemon glaze - wheat flour was substituted by quinoa and rye flour - plus adding a few bits of black chocolate ;)

Baby Doll fake watches ♥ spring edition

viernes... primavera... puede haber algo mejor?
hace un tiempo cayeron en mis manos unas piezas de piel con unos colores que me pedían a gritos que los reciclase.
había estado probando para correas de ski que tenía por casa,
pero no aguantaban y se pelaban con facilidad...
así que esos retales de piel cayeron del cielo, sólo aguantó las pruebas el de color camel, tiene gracia. ahora ésa es la apta para veganos :)

son los nuevos relojes de mentira Baby Doll,
que he subido a la tienda.
sólo hay unos 9 de cada modelo, porque las hebillas son vintage
y ya no quedan más. triste estoy!
y hay un pack de un reloj con dos correas diferentes a elegir :)
espero que os gusten!

friday... spring... could it be better?
some time ago I found two pieces of gorgeous pink and blue leather
that were crying out for been recycled on something.
I had been putting to the test faux leather watchbands
but they didn't pass the tests,
just one on brown camel withstood, it's funny.
Now this one is suitable for vegans :)

I finally used the pink and blue leather and the vegan faux leather in camel
for the new Baby Doll fake watches.
there are only 9 of each color, because these vintage plastic buckles run out of stock.
such a shame!

you can find them on my shop.
there is also avaible a pack of one fake watch and two straps,
you can choose the two colors you like the best :)
hope you like them!
