Nathalie Lété's Book about Gina Namkung's Surprise Balls

mirad qué cosas más bonitas!
el otro día recibí un paquete de mi amiga Gina
con varios tesoritos.
uno de ellos es el libro que hizo Nathalie Lété sobre las bolas sorpresa de Gina
con motivo de la expo "usagi pour toi" en Tokyo.

no puede ser más bonito,
el libro en sí es otro souvenir
como los que contienen esas bolas mágicas.
(recordáis la que documenté?)
abrir una de esas bolas ya es toda una experiencia
y así es cómo esta artista lo ha plasmado en papel.

ese librito venía escoltado por dos kneehuggers,
(los muñequitos que se abrazan  las rodillas)
que cargaban además un montón de caramelos con forma de concha.
puede haber algo más preciosamente kitsch?
estos dos personajes se han quedado junto a mis tres pixies y el arbolito de navidad de Bukubuku
esperando la navidad.

look all these beauties!
just received the most wonderful package from my lovely friend Gina.
it contained some treasures like Nathalie Lété's new book
about Gina Namkung's Surprise Balls for the exhibition by "usagi pour toi" in Tokyo,

opening these Suprise Balls is so exciting and amazing
that the artist had to translate it to paper.
(do you remember my stopmotion video opening one of them?)
the book is a souvenir as the little vintage toys that come inside the ball are.

this book was flanked by two cute kneehuggers
who carried yummy shelt shaped candies.
what a kitsch styled package!
i'm so in love with it...
these two little fellows are now sat close to my pixies
and Bukubuku's christmas tree.
a happy gang ;)

hola! cómo va todo?
ha pasado un montón de tiempo desde el último post,
he estado liadilla con la renta, limpieza de casa, algunos trabajos...
pero por fin parece que llegan tiempos más tranquilos :)
el jueves pasado abrí la bola sorpresa de Gina
y mirad todo lo que había dentro!!
fue increíble, he hecho un vídeo porque la cosa no se merecía menos ;)
es un regalo tan especial...

hi there! hope things are well with you :)
it's been a while since my last post,
i've been quite busy doing the spring-cleaning, fillig annuals taxes forms,
working...
but it looks like next week it's going to be a little quiet, hope so.
last week i opened Gina's surprise ball and look what amazing stuff was inside it!!
it was so exciting! i've created an animation with all the photographs,
it was such a crazy moment, stopping all the time to take a picture.
so awesome gift for everybody!!

está chulísimo.

sprain, surprises & crafts

hace unas semanas me llegó un paquetito con tesoros de mi amiga Gina,
estos relojes de mentira son lo más bonito del mundo,
yo tenía unos (no tan bonitos) también de latón con goma elástica brillante
que me tenían robado el corazón.
Gina hace estas bolas sorpresa tan famosas, llenas de cositas vintage.
la mía está esperándome sin abrir, es tan bonita que no encuentro el momento...
en my clutter (blog chulísimo!!) sale una de ellas abierta ,
y aquí en Mieke Willems otra,
la de Lili scratchy y Lison, la de Fine little day...
os enseñaré la mía cuando la abra ;)

few weeks ago I received a packet with treasures from my friend Gina,
these fake watches are the most beautiful in the world,
I had some brass ones (not so nice) also with bright elastic dand that caught my heart.
Gina creates these awesome surprise balls, full of vintage goodies.
mine is waiting for me to ben open, it's so beautiful...

todavía no os he contado que este es el cuarto día que llevo sin salir de casa,
el jueves me torcí el tobillo y me hice un esguince, así que me toca reposo.
es una lata, y no paro de hacer cosas,
como tengo que estar sentada o tumbada en el sofa...
he estado crocheteando unas florecitas y unas pajaritas,
así me alegran la vista :) y quedarán chulas en el pelo.
por suerte tenía unos ovillos algodón ( los natura de dmc) que son tan gustosos.
ahora no podría ponerme a crochetear con lana, ya hace calor.
igual me pongo a crochetear una funda para la cámara,
algo parecido a ésta.
por suerte, tengo una mecedora mini que cabe perfecta en mi balcón mini,
rodeada de plantas me siento como una reina, suerte que tengo balcón!
así me da el aire :)

que compró hace mucho, doli kitty, parece que se llevan bien :)

bueno, eso es todo de momento,
espero que estéis disfrutando de una bonita semana ♥

i still haven't told you that this is my fourth day without leaving home,
i sprained my ankle last thursday.
so annoying... i can't stop making things and crafting
as I have to be sitting or lying on the sofa.
i've crocheted some tiny flowers and big bows,
to cheer me up :), they can look pretty on the hair.
fortunatly i had some balls of cotton ( dmc nature)
so sweet and cool for summer time...
i couldn't be able to crochet yarn at this moment.
maybe i'll make a cover for my camera like this, let's see!

about this beautiful rocker, i feel very lucky having it, it's so small
that fits perfectly on my tiny balcony.
sitting there, surrounded by plants and crafting like an indie queen.
