experimenting with agar-agar,
yummy and fresh mojito (eggless & raw) lemon cheesecake,
inspired by these two recipes: strawberry / mango cheescake,
using lemon, sugar, rum and mint for the curd
some awesome recipes:

experimentos con agar-agar,
un delicioso y refrescante tarta de queso especial verano,
sin huevo y sin hornear,
adapté estas dos recetas de fresa / mango.
y utilicé limón, azúcar, ron y menta para la cobertura.

we are enjoying a nice and quiet summertime time at home,
we said goodbye to Missy Pineapple doll
with chilled cheesecakes,
drinking 'horchata' and
 listening to 60s french music.
i prepared and packed our little dear friend for a long travel,
wish we could fly with her and meet her new lovely home.
wishing you a happy week :)

estamos disfrutando de un veranito muy tranquilo en casa,
nos despedimos de nuestra querida señorita piña
entre tartas de queso,
horchatas fresquitas y escuchando música francesa de los sesenta.
preparé a nuestra amiguita para el largo viaje,
cómo me gustaría viajar con ella y conocer su nuevo hogar!
seguro que allí estará de maravilla.

Vintage findings & Daisy Love

got very inspired by the beautiful findings i got
at a second hand store,
loving that old shell craft book and the embroidered napkin,
 those colors and patterns...
gabriel and me got a pair of vintage brooches at the cadaqués flea market,
we thought it would be very romantic wearing always and both of us
the same daisy.

uff! cómo me gustan las cosillas que encontré en una tienda de segunda mano,
el libro de manualidades con conchas y la servilleta bordada son una pasada,
y esos colores y estampados de la bandeja, el monedero y la jarrita...
gabi y yo nos compramos un pareja de broches
en el mercado de cadaqués,
pensamos que era muy romántico llevar siempre los dos
la misma margarita. 

Unexpected Summer Flying Visitor

guess what we meet the other day picking up the laundry!
a beautiful and misterious big grey moth,
it was a real fan of Gabriel's pants, so funny!
it stayed there for a long, long time.
i'd loved to see it flying with those extended wings
and how it was as a caterpillar....
have you seen these? so amazing!!

adivinad lo que nos encontramos el otro día
mientras recogíamos la ropa tendida...
una polilla gris enorme, super bonita y muy misteriosa!
era una fan total de los calzoncillos de gabi,
tan friki!!
se quedó allí inmóvil durante un buen rato.
lástima no haberla visto volar con las alas extendidas,
ni cuando era oruga, seguro queera alucinante.
habéis visto éstas? son flipantes...

Shop Update! Missy Pineapple & Missy Watermelon

i made their heads a little smaller than the wall hangers fruits,
added a cute body
and long legs for a nice sitting.

frutitas bien frescas para este verano:
la señorita piña
y
la señorita sandía

les hice las cabecitas más pequeñas que las de los colgadores
añadí cuerpecitos con largas piernas para que se pudieran sentar.
