making these mermaid dolls
it's been a magical journey,
guess it was such a slow making process
and i longed it that much
because i didn't want it to end.

saying goodbye to these sweeties,
can't wait to start another again.

·
hacer estas sirenitas
ha sido un viaje mágico ,
creo el proceso ha sido tan lento
y lo he alargado tanto
porque no quería que se acabase.

me estoy despidiendo de ellas,
me muero de ganas de empezar otro viaje nuevo.

New Shop Update! ♥ Unicorn Dolls ♥

hello there!
hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend!
two of these unicorn dolls,
the pink haired ones are just listed on my Etsy Shop!
Diana & Frida
are two unique unicorn dolls with golden horns
carefully handcrafted: hand embroidered, mended, felted...
i made them using beautiful vintage materials as old thrifted fabrics,
silk and wool, velvet trims and tiny felted, or frayed, patches.
they've got golden tiny spots of metallic paint sparked all around her silk horn,
along with other cute hand stitched decoration.
their wool hair is gathered at the back in messy ponytails.
hope you like them :)
happy sunday!!

hola!
cosidos, surcidos y bordados a mano.
he utilizado materiales antiguos: telas de segunda mano, cintas bonitas
feliz semana!!

Dolis y Dolos Packaging

just redesigned 'dolis y dolos' packaging:
a cardboard box with plastic lid,
it took me a little to figure out how to make something simple,
tough, light and cute for dolls shipment,
the old plastic boxes that i used aren't still available
(something reasonable 5 years later...)
i think they still look pretty inside these boxes.
the only one of my wildflowers left on the shop,
doli prickly pear doll, seems to be really comfortable in there!
don't you think so?
happy week!!

no te parece? :)
feliz semana!
