for their long travels.

Shop Update! Seashell bag

Seashell bag,
the mermaid's bag.

i made two of these cuties,
one for you and one for me.
perfect to keep my cell phone, purse, and keys handy.

it's a really lovely bag for gift giving,
it's small, cute and light.

i used a
a glammy and beautiful floral brocade vintage weight fabric in
mustard yellow combined
with a fluffy pink faux-fur for the inside.
The handle is a cotton rope finished
by two yellow woolen braids with a beige tiny bow
and it round magnetic clasp closure.

The face and the seashell decorations are hand embroidered
with pom-pom, pink faux-fur, and cotton appliques.

'Father Bear Comes Home'written by Else Holmelund
beautifully illustrated by Maurice Sendak in 1959.
