My fruity 2015 calendar is out now!

just listed my calendar for 2015 on the shop!!
this year it's a fruity pop calendar, much simpler,

looks fresh and very retro and it will add a very sweet touch to your place.

there's a new bigger size, a A3 poster in a recycled matter paper,
folded for a better shipping

i have been working hard on other projects during all this summer and autumn,
and i longed to start the new calendar.
i chose the last dolls i made, the lovely pineapple hook
and the cute pear head hook (that it's still available on the shop ;)
that heads one of my wildflowers body,
it's a very funny collage i made.
and featured at the right top of the calendar...
doli lemon, doli pineapple, doli blackberry and doli green apple.
that complete this tasty fruit salad :)

acabo de subir el nuevo calendario para el próximo año a la tienda!
este año es muy alegre y fresco, más sencillito y más poppy.
quedará super bonito en cualquier rincón.

Además he hecho una nueva medida, el de siempre que era tamaño folio 

y uno más tipo poster en A3.
éste lo envío doblado para que salga más barato.

he escogido las últimas muñecas que he hecho

 la cabeza de la piña de los colgadores 

y la de la pera (que sigue todavía en la tienda ;)
le he hecho un collage muy cachondo con un cuerpecito de las flores salvajes.
y para completar esta macedonia están doli limón, doli piña, doli mora 

y doli manzana coronando el calendario.

espero que os guste y que disfrutéis de un feliz y arutado nuevo año!!
ah! he añadido también algunos packs combinando calendarios con otras 

cosas impresas de la tienda para que salga más barato, pero siempre me podéis

my friends Ylenia and Giulia got their calendars at the Festivalet
(love this first pic!)
some of them are still available at the beautiful shop La Antigua,
you'll find them together with elves paper dolls in this magical place,
pay a visit if you visit Madrid!
lots of cute stuff, (check out Lady Desidia's prints!), workshops and lovely people.

also very proud having them for sale at Fatbottom, my favorite book store!
they are happy to be surrounded by the best comic books and small press zines,
yeah! feels good :)

espero que esté yendo bien la semanita :)
estos días los calendarios se están moviendo mucho,
mis amigas Ylenia y Giulia se fotografiaron con ellos en el Festivalet,
(me encanta esa foto!!)
todavía quedan algunos de ellos en la preciosa tienda La Antigua,
también encontraréis allí los enanitos de papel,
están felices entre tanta cosa bonita, (supongo que ya conocéis las ilustraciones de Lady Desidia!),
muy entretenidos con todos los talleres que hacen y siempre muy bien acompañados.

en barcelona los encontraréis en Fatbottom, mi librería favorita!
qué gusto! rodeados de los mejores comics y fanzines independientes,
nuestro segundo hogar :)

todo un orgullo tener mis cosas en estos dos sitios tan emblemáticos,
La Antigua y Fatbottom son las únicas tiendas en españa que venden mis calendarios
así que aprovechad y pasaos a chafardear un poquillo por allí si tenéis alguna de ellas cerca!
seguro que salís con alguna cosilla ;)
y si estáis lejos... siempre os quedará comprarlos en mi tienda,

Making Bat Monsters and Updating the Shop with Elves stuff.

hello! i've beenreally busy these days updating the shop,
passing long time in front computer and starting to get cold,
weather is a little bit crazy...
it was really chilly few days ago and now summer time again.
i felt warm and cozy using my old crocheted mittens
and a cup of cool mint, my favorite after-lunch herbal tea,
with yummy licorice and apple.
(i tasted one day at the nice RollitoAsí shop opening,
a yummy discovering!!)

i'm still working in some furry bat monsters,
they laugh at me while i sew them... hope to finish them soon.

and... yes!
i finally listed the new Christmas Elves prints yesterday,
the 2014 calendar, knee hugger paper dolls and gift tags.
and i listed also a special pack including all the things
available for Pre-Order on the shop now!
(shipped in early NOVEMBER)
 i've been planning some wonderland themed holidays for you ;)

hola!! uff! llevo unos cuantos días pegada al ordenador preparando la actualización de la tienda.
el tiempo está un poco loco porque yo ya he empezado a tener frío,
y de nuevo ha vuelto el calor...
pero bueno, saqué mis mitones de ganchillo y con las infusiones de unas hierbas nuevas que tengo, se llaman Cool Mint, son de regaliz y manzana,
y después de comer sientan como una bendición del cielo :)
las probé un día que fuimos a la tienda RollitoAsí,
me ofrecieron un poquito para probar y caí rendida!

estoy acabando también unos monstruitos murciélagos,
que se van riendo de mí mientras los coso, a ver si me doy prisa y los termino pronto.

y... por fin ayer fui subiendo todas las cosas impresas de los enanitos,
está casi todo, pero entre hoy y mañana iré subiendo algunas cosas más antiguas que tenía por ahí olviadas.
he subido un pack de todo lo nuevo, que espero que os guste,
contiene el calendario, los enanitos de papel y un paquete de etiquetas de regalo.
así podréis disfrutar de unas navidades rodaeadas de las criaturas del bosque!
recordad que está todo disponible como para pedido/reservas,
lo enviaré a principios de Noviembre.

☆ NEW Paper Dolls · Knee Hugger Pixie Elves ☆

oh boy!
this is getting really serious, i've got a pixies elves' fever...
last winter, i made a simple paper doll featuring my knee huggers rag dolls.
it was so cute! it was a funny test, just playing, but i fancied well printed on a beautiful and sturdy mate paper... so i kept it into a drawer waiting for christmas.
althought the basic idea was already created it has taken me a lot of time, tests and drawings until i had the final print designed.
i feel that i like gettings things complicated...  and finally the most simple idea, using a solid color combined with black silhouettes, works the best for me.

as i can't make so many elves as i would like...
this is the best way for spreading my pixies to your home on holidays :)
 hope you find a cozy corner for them to sit close to you,
they just want to stay with you!

they are only three little fellows: red, green and yellow,
coming together with their best pet and favorite mushroom.
i'll list them on the shop for pre-order this friday too.

ay dios! esto se está convirtiendo en algo serio, creo que sufro la fiebre de los enanitos Pixies..
el invierno pasado hice un enanito en papel sentado y cogiéndose las rodillas,
imitando a los muñecos que hice en tela.
me hizo gracia y aunque sólo era una prueba me lo imaginé bien impreso en cartulina mate gordita... así que lo guardé en un cajón esperando la navidad.
aunque la idea básica ya estaba hecha me ha costado un montón de dibujos y pruebas acabarlos,
es que siempre me complico la vida... al final lo más sencillo es lo que me suele funcionar mejor, fondo de color sólido combinado con siluetas negras.

como no puedo hacer tantos enanitos como me gustaría... creo que ésta es la mejor manera de repartirlos por vuestras casas :)

espero que les guardes un rinconcito para que se puedan sentar junto a ti,
porque lo único que desean es estar a tu lado!

sólo hay tres elfos: rojo, verde y amarillo.
vienen con su mascota y su seta favorita,
los subiré también este viernes a la tienda.
ya están en la tienda!

i'm so happy and excited!
i longed to show you my calendar for the next year.

i wanted to blog about other things i've been working on
for Christmas before before it pops to the shop :).

tenía una ganas de enseñaros el nuevo calendario para el próximo año...

2011 Dolis y Dolos Calendar!!

estoy tan feliz! el calendario 2011 de las 'dolis y dolos' ya está en la tienda!!
recién salidito del horno.
creía que no lo acabaría nunca, me ha costado un montón...
suerte que gabi me ha estado ayudando
he hecho trampa!! jeje ;)
es un A4, está escrito a mano y decorado con mis muñecas,
impreso en un papel mate de alta calidad de 167 g/m.
queda muy bien impreso, estoy tan contenta con el resultado!
espero que os guste y disfrutéis el nuevo año con el calendario ♥

hoy ha sido un gran día porque he conseguido una cosita
con la que venía soñando desde hace mucho: una bici!
la he comprado esta mañana en los encantes,
había quedado con la Ballena Elena y de repente la he visto ahí, tan bonita...
mi bici es ligera, viejecita, pequeña y manejable, destartalada... preciosa!
sólo le tengo que hinchar la rueda de atrás y ajustar el freno delantero.
gabi ha dicho las palabras mágicas, dice que parece de Mary Poppins,
llevo todo el día mirándola y cuidándola.
de momento está en el salón porque todavía no tengo un sitio para guardarla.
ya veremos donde la meto!

i'm so excited!! the 2011 calendar featuring my 'dolis and dolos' is already on the shop!
straight out of the oven ;)
i thought i couldn't finish it, designing it was too hard for me.
i'm so chaotic putting things together... gabriel helped me making it, i cheated! hehe ;)

It's an A4 size calendar, it's hand written and features some of my little dolls. It's carefully home printed by me using high quality heavyweight (167gsm) matte paper.
i love how it looks, it's a very sweet print.

today was a great day because I've got a little something i long dreamed about: a bike.
i got it this morning at the fleamarket while wandering together with la ballena Elena.
my bycicle is light, old, small and manegeable, beat-up... gorgeous!!!
gabriel said that it looks Mary Poppins' bike, so perfect!!
it only needs to inflate the back wheel and adjust the front brake.
i've been caring and cleening it :)
