say hello to these Teenagers,
my new BIG HEAD happy wall hangers!

in this mini collection, dolls are getting embroidered pimples on their faces
and they are wearing cute hand knitted hats with big pompoms.
i've been playing with yarns and colors,
 enjoyed embroidering every single detail
and had fun knitting their hats.
made with vintage fabric, yarn, felt and lots of love.

you'll find them listed on my shop,
looking for a new home.

saluda a estos tiernos adolescentes,
son mis nuevos cabezones-colgadores de pared !

en esta nueva mini colección, a los muñecos les han salido espinillas
y granitos por toda la cara,
y llevan gorros con pompones.
he jugado un poco con lanas y colores,
disfrutado bordando cada uno de los detalles
y me he divertido tejiendo los gorritos.
están hechos con telas vintage, lanas, fieltro y con mucho amor.

los encontrarás en la tienda,
buscando un nuevo hogar.
espero que te gusten.

Shop Update / Apple and Pear Wall Hooks

yeah! finally got these two beauties listed on the shop,

pear and apple wall hooks are the latest fresh fruits hooks that i've made.

i've been playing with different materials to get a fancy look of seeds and textures.

i  stitched freckle black beads all over their faces.

eyes are painted wooden pieces glued to the fabric.

stalks are made from pipe cleaner and covered with brown felt.

made with vintage fabric, cotton and felt.

signed on their back and stuffed with polyfill :)

bieeen!! por fin he subido estas dos bellezas a la tienda,

los dos colgadores de pared: manzana y pera son las dos últimas frutas que he hecho.

he estado probando y combinando diferentes materiales 

para lograr un determinado juego de texturas,

también les bordé diferentes puntos con las cuentas por toda la cara como si fuese pecas-semillas.

los ojos son de madera pintada y barnizada, pegada sobre la tela.

los rabinos están hechos de limpia pipas y forrados con fieltro marrón.

he utilizado telas antiguas, algodón y fieltro.

están firmadas por atrás y rellenas con guata :)

hope you're enjoying a lovely autumn (or spring) time :)
happy my ankle and finger are getting better and better!

i've been very busy working on new stuff lately
and finishing dolls for the next shop update.
Apple and Pear wall hangers and three little bugs are already finished!

yo estoy bastante feliz porque mi tobillo y mi dedo cada vez están mejor!

últimamente estoy muy liada trabajando en cosillas nuevas y acabando algunas muñecas para la tienda.

los colgadores de pared de la manzana y la pera, 

y los tres bichitos están ya acabados!

así que probablemente los suba hoy a la tienda ;)

son más frutas! pero esta vez las frutas más comunes y humildes,
nada exóticas pero siempre apetecibles:
una manzana y una pera.
es divertdo bordar sus caritas bajo la atenta mirada de esos ojazos,

Silly wall hangers & silly broken finger

what a weird august! so many strange things coming out...
it all started with a big palm brunch fallen down right by my side that
hit gabriel's shoulder, but it was just a scare.
i got a very painful colic last week and yesterday
a huge kitchen shelf fall down while gabriel was preparing breakfast and i was entering the place,
it hit me on the finger end and it got broken.
i don't want to imagine how would be if gabriel was opening the fridge in that moment,
or i was just inside the kitchen.
our kitchen is it's so tiny! gabriel was surrounded by pots and pans flipping out.
hope august gets better!!

but i have also some great news :)
i've been finishing my fruit wall hookers
and they will be ready to pop to the shop in few days.

menudo més de agosto estamos teniendo en casa...
priemro se nos cayó una rama de palmera enorme que le dió de refilón a gabi en la espalda,
al final la cosa sólo quedó en un susto.
yo tuve un cólico parecido a un ataque de riñón que me dejó ko toda la semana y ayer se nos cayó una estantería de la cocina que estaba demasiado cargada de peso
pasó justo mietras gabi preparaba el desayuno y yo estaba entrando para guardar una báscula.
por suerte no llegué a entrar y gabi no estaba debajo de la estantería abriendo la nevera...
a mi sólo me golpeó la punta del dedo,
gabi se quedó rodeado por completo de cacharros y ollas con una cara de flipado...
milagrosamente a él ni le tocaron.
espero que agosto mejore!!

pero bueno, también tengo buenas noticias
porque los colgadores de pared ya los he terminados y estoy a punto de subirlos en la tienda.
espero que estéis pasando unas muy felices vacaciones!!
